1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Serene Dune Knitworks (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Purchases and Access
Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for the duration stated (typically lifetime). Prices may change without notice. Taxes may apply based on your location.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on new course purchases. To request a refund, contact us with your order details. Refunds will not be granted for accounts with excessive consumption of downloadables after purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, text, patterns, and graphics, is owned by Serene Dune Knitworks or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without permission. Patterns are for personal use unless a separate license is provided.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or share login credentials.
- Do not upload harmful code or interfere with the Service.
- Respect community guidelines; be kind and constructive.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or earnings related to knitting or craft businesses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serene Dune Knitworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice when feasible.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally with us for at least 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to confidential arbitration where permitted by law.
